Decaf

New-crop decaf is here from Colombia! 

Another round of ethyl acetate (EA) decaffeinated coffee. I love this process because it's chemical-free and it leaves so much of the flavor packed in those beans. If you want to know more about the decaffeination process, head over to the resources page!
